Trump system visuals

The trump display vocabulary, all real components. The TrumpSlot in its three states — closed (a lock medallion over the card back), the bidder's locked decision, and open (the revealed trump card + suit glyph) — the LeadSuitPill for each suit, and each game's trump pulled live from the engine.
